Kutter Concepts booking assistance, provided by Haven Retention. Kutter Concepts is a single-location barbershop. This SMS program sends conversational text messages to help customers book haircut appointments after they contact the shop by phone.
There is no website form and no keyword sign-up. The only way you receive a message is if you first call the Kutter Concepts business phone number. If you call and we can't answer, you'll receive one automated text from the same business number asking whether you'd like booking help by text. You are only enrolled if you reply YES. If you do not reply YES, you will not receive booking or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies by conversation — typically 2–6 messages per booking conversation.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
