Kutter Concepts, a single-location barbershop, operates an SMS booking program provided by Haven Retention. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact the business by phone or text message, how we use it, and how we protect it.
When you call the business or reply to our text messages, we may collect your phone number, your name if you choose to share it, and the content of your messages with us. We collect this information only to respond to you and help you book an appointment.
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, help you schedule a haircut, and confirm your appointment. We do not use it for unrelated marketing. You receive text messages only after you have replied YES to our opt-in request following a call to the business.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to keep records of your appointments. You may request that we remove your information at any time.
